Prata Planet was highly recommended by my friend, so I decided to try out the restaurant with Carmen. Hidden within HDB blocks in Clementi, this prata place is of convenience to satisfy prata cravings of residents living in the area.

Carmen decided to have the classic Egg Prata. I tried a bit of it and it tasted normal.
I decided to try something different, so I ordered Italian Prata. This is literally the Indian version of pizza! Filled with mushroom, onions, egg and many other ingredients, this prata is very filling and delicious. The portion is much bigger than regular prata, so it is ideal for sharing.
I decided to have Ice-Cream Prata for dessert. It looks pretty but messy to eat. It is just paper prata with scoops of ice-cream, drizzled with chocolate and strawberry syrup. Children will love this.
I got to try all the three curries – chicken, fish and vegetable. Fish and chicken curry was watery and a little too spicy for me, but the vegetable curry was thick and delicious.
Prata Planet has more than 60 dishes which include sweet and savory pratas, nasi briyani, tandoori, naans, murtabak, North and South Indian dishes. They may not have the best pratas, but with reasonable pricing and relaxed environment, it is definitely good enough to satisfy a prata craving or a hungry stomach.
