Teppei Syokudo (Millenia Walk)

Teppei Syokudo has recently opened a new outlet at Millenia Walk. This is chef Yamashita Teppei’s second takeaway outlet and fifth local establishment. The first Teppei Syokudo at Takashimaya has received many positive feedback.
The menu features many of Teppei Syokudo’s popular dishes.
Assorted fried snacks such as korokke are also available.
These are Hokkaido Cheese and Hokkaido Potato.

Teppei Syoduko’s singature bara chirashi bowl is called Kaisendon. Grainy sushi rice topped with plump and fresh chunks of salmon, tuna and white fish marinated in Teppei Syoduko’s special housemade sauce.

Tori Karaage Bento features deep-fried chicken pieces accompanied by kinpira gobo, flavored seaweed, mustard takana,  and kyuri asazuke (pickled cucumber).

Seats are limited, it can get a little crowded during lunch hour.
The high quality and authenticity of food justifies the slightly-high prices. Staff are friendly and the fact that most customers are Japanese says something about the authenticity of the food. As for me, Kaisendon itself gives me enough reason to keep coming back.
