It is named Tiong Bahru Boneless Hainanese Chicken Rice, I am assuming it originated from Tiong Bahru. This is supposed to be one of the best chicken rice in Singapore, at least according to my colleague.
The fact that they can afford to rent the entire place probably means that the food is exceptionally tasty and popular.

Economical prices is probably one of the main reason why one would choose to dine here. If you are looking for a cheap and fast meal, Tiong Bahru Boneless Hainanese Chicken Rice is a good option, but if you are looking for the best chicken rice in Singapore, this is definitely not the place.
