Sapporo Ramen Miharu specialises in Sapporo ramen. It used to be located at Gallery Hotel but it has recently relocated to Millenia Walk.
All the recommended ramens happen to be the first item on each row: Tokusen Miso, Miso Tonkotsu, Tokusen Shoyu, Tokusen Ton Shio and Miso Tsuke-men.
I ordered one of the recommended ramens, Tokusen Ton Shio Ramen. As to compared to the rich and creamy tonkotsu broth, the tokusen ton shio broth reminds me a little of the sea with the slight saltines, ideal for the harsh snowy winters. Sweet corn, butter, bean sprouts, garlic, chashu accompany the springy yellow noodles.
Yaki Gyoza are Japanese pan-fried dumplings normally made with pork fillings. The ones here are freshly-made upon order, the dumplings are fried to a rich golden brown. I think they are every bit as good as the ones from Gyoza King.
I can’t say how authentic the ramen are because I have not had the chance to visit Sapporo, but I definitely going back for a change in taste.
