There are altogether three NUSS Guild Houses and the branch at Suntec City is the newest outlet. The Bistro is the main dining area.
I am surprised that black napkin is used instead of the white/cream, but I like the uniqueness.
I was a little apprehensive about Wasabi Prawns but I am not a fan of wasabi, but thank goodness the wasabi mayonnaise and mayonnaise sauces are served separately. The prawns are coated in batter and fried till crisply yet soft. There is just a hint of wasabi in the wasabi maynnaise sauce.
Seafood Horfun is highly recommended by my colleagues so I decided to give it a try. Prawns, squid, mushrooms, fish and vegetables accompany soft kway teow. The portion is huge and everything is very fresh.
Apple Crumble with Salted Caramel Ice Cream sounded delicious but I was a little disappointed with the apple crumble, but the salted caramel ice-cream was to die for.
Addresses and opening hours of all three outlets can be found here.
