Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King (Paya Lebar Square)

As a Keisuke VIP card holder, I received an invitation to a food tasting session at Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King’s new outlet at Paya Lebar Square. Although I am invited as a VIP card holder instead of food blogger Hungry Ghost, I am still very honoured to be one of the first people to try the food. This is my first invitation to do food tasting, I am so excited!

Located just a few steps away from the main entrance, you cannot miss Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King.
The shop is decorated with old Japanese posters and comics. Wooden furnishings give the shop a rustic yet cosy feel.
As a VIP card holder, I received this cute pin as a token. Isn’t it cute?

This is the order form, in English and Japanese. This is literally a combination of Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King and Gyoza King. You can now have your favourite ramen and gyoza at the same time, how cool is that!
I have always been very curious how Keisuke Green Tea Cola tastes like, so I decided to give it a try. Sad to say, I wasn’t very impressed. It is just a very sweet carbonated drink with a hint of green tea.

The same condiments as usual with free boiled eggs and bean sprouts. They also have fried onion, mayonnaise and bonito flakes which you can’t find at the other outlets.

I had the Tonkotsu Ramen King (Special Toppings) which consists of pork chasyu, flavoured egg, black fungus, seaweed and pork sukiyaki. The tonkotsu broth is every bit as flavourful as the one served at the Orchid Hotel.
People living in Paya Lebar can have a bowl of the famously delicious Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King without having to travel down all the way to Orchid Hotel.
