I have been wanting to check out this delightful place ever since I have learned of its existence a few years ago, but The Grandstand at Turf City is really out of the way for folks like me who do not drive, so I have been putting it off.
PasarBella has just opened a new outlet at the newly-renovated Suntec City and I am really excited to check out all the awesome foods. In fact, I am so in love with the idea that I am dedicating 2 month worth of post to PasarBella.
I am going to start with one of my favourite stall, Wolf Burgers.
I like the red-coloured design of Wolf Burgers because red depicts passion and reminds me of the flaming-red grills used in cooking patties for burgers. That really fires up my appetite and I can’t wait to try out their burgers.
When I asked for a recommendation, the helpful staff recommended The Alpha. Two thick juicy beef patties are stacked on top of fresh vegetables, sandwiched between an English muffin. The beef patties are tender and juicy, the juice oozes out if you squeeze too hard. Eating this burger can get rather messy, but I enjoyed every last bite.
For those who don’t eat beef, there is Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger. Two chicken fillets are coated in buttermilk batter and deep-fried till dark golden colour. The outside is crispy but the chicken inside is tender and juicy and the marination takes away the gamey taste of chicken.
Vegetarian can look forward to Magic Shroomz where sautéed mushrooms are held together by gooey cheese.
Wolf Burgers boasts an assortment of unconventional fries from Candied Sweet Potato Smores Fries to Kimchi Cheese Fries, but for traditional folks like me, good old Truffle Fries will always have a spot in our hearts. You can taste the fragrance of truffle from the truffle oil that is used to fry the fries.
Wolf Burger offers a scrumptious variety of gourmet burgers, an assortment of both convention and unconventional fries, waffles and shakes.
