After the renovation at Suntec City Mall, one of the new restaurants that joined the food scene is The Soup Spoon.
Boston Clam Chowder is a creamy soup that has so many pieces of potato, I would have thought it was potato soup instead. It does taste like clam chowder, but I do wish they can throw in a few pieces of clam inside to make it taste more real.
Pumpkin Soup is just about the most disgusting thing I have ever drunk, and my colleagues all agree with me. I don’t know if it is our Asian palate is not suited to a taste but it tasted awful.
Velvety Mushroom Stroganoff is my favourite soup so far. I like that the soup is thick and slightly creamy, the soup is filled with chunks of real mushroom.
Just a soup with a freshly-made bread can make a healthy and delicious lunch. Besides soups, the restaurant also serves sandwiches, wraps and salads.
